📦 Shipping Locations

At this time, Belinda’s Babies ships to:

  • Canada

  • United States

We do not currently ship to other international destinations. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

🚚 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, weight, and carrier rates.

  • You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • No flat-rate shipping is offered at this time due to the size, weight, and value of reborn dolls.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order dolls may require additional processing time. This will be clearly stated in the product listing.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

All items ship from Canada.

🌎 Customs, Duties & Tariffs (Important)

For U.S. customers (and any future international destinations):

  • Customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Belinda’s Babies has no control over customs fees or how they are assessed.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before purchasing.

Refused or returned packages due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

  • Shipments are insured for the purchase value.

  • Belinda’s Babies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

📦 Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly
